Semen Gresik Rembang Factory Holds a Healthy Walk with Hundreds of Employees in Commemoration of 4 Years of SOEs' Core Values of morality
Rembang, July 22nd, 2024 – Management & hundreds of employees of PT Semen Gresik held a joint walk in commemoration of the 4th anniversary of the core values of Akhlak entitled “Jalan Sehat Fantastic Four Akhlak” in the area around the Rembang Factory, Tuesday (July 16, 2024).
The healthy walking agenda with approximately 3.35 km was also attended by the President Director of PT Semen Gresik, Muchamad Supriyadi, Director of Operations, Benny Ismanto, Director of Finance & HR, Fardhi Sjahrul Ade, along with management and dozens of employees.
President Director of PT Semen Gresik, Muchamad Supriyadi, said that this agenda is the 4th anniversary of the core values of BUMNhlak. The company invites all Semen Gresik people to always apply and maintain a healthy lifestyle, one of which is by exercising regularly.
“In a healthy body there is a strong soul, this is the company's effort in paying attention to the health and fitness of employees, so that the hope is to increase employee performance productivity,” he explained.
He added, the socialization and internalization of AKHLAK culture consistently continues to be echoed to all Semen Gresik people. Thus, the values of AKHLAK can continue to be embedded in the minds of all company personnel.
“We hope that the application of AKHLAK values can be increasingly practiced and implemented by all people both in work and daily life. Not to forget that leaders must be able to be good role models in their work environment,” he said.
The same thing was also conveyed by the agent of change for Semen Gresik 2024, Kiagus Yonori Eka, that a total of 153 participants consisting of employees, subsidiaries, and partners.
“Alhamdulillah, the enthusiasm of the participants who participated in the healthy walk was very good and hopefully it will continue to be maintained, so that the hope is to be able to form a healthy lifestyle,” he explained.
